What does a typical session of life coaching look like?
It's really up to you! Do you have a hectic schedule or live outside of Philadelphia? We can do sessions over the phone/Facetime or Skype. Do you want to meet face to face? That works too. We can coordinate a spot to meet in Philadelphia for your sessions.
Sessions typically last an hour, and usually take place 1-2x a month. We set goals at the beginning of each session for what you want to work on and discuss. We work together to put plans in place to help you achieve your goals. You will leave each session with ways to accomplish what you want to achieve in life!
12 sessions per client are recommended- however many clients choose to extend this.
Together, we will change the way you look at and deal with current issues, break old patterns, and start planning ways to change your life!
